SHIPPING POLICY

European shipping is available and should calculate at checkout based on delivery location and size of order. 

We aim for all orders to be shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM.  Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by an email which well be sent to you after your order has been dispatched


Out of Stock 

If an item goes out of stock we will contact you to check if you are happy to wait for the full order to be ready or whether you would prefer a refund.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

To start a refund process please fill out the form in our Contact Us page and let us know the reason of refund and also please give us your invoice number. From here we will start an RMA and contact you with the refund procedure.


Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they are opened and used.

We are more than happy to exchange any products provided they are not opened or used. Please fill and send the form in the Contact Us page and we will start the exchange process
